In collaboration with M/s. omniTECHNIK Microvercapselungs GmbH, a German company, and Nylok, a leading company from the USA renowned for their expertise in this field, Metlok has introduced Microencapsulated Adhesives for fastener coating in India.
Metlok has developed the necessary equipment and technology in-house, resulting in rapid growth in the adoption of pre-coated products. Operating under the name Metlok Precoat Services Private Ltd, the company runs its own coating centers across various cities including Bangalore, Chennai, Madurai, Pune, Nasik, Mumbai, Aurangabad, Faridabad, Manesar, Rohtak, and Rudrapur.
Fasteners treated at these facilities are utilized by prominent automotive manufacturers and their ancillary industries.
